• How do you ensure I get the best performance for my budget?
  We don’t do one-size-fits-all. We look at the exact games you want to play (whether that's Fortnite, Call of Duty, or heavy simulation games) and your target resolution, then hand-pick components to maximize your frame rates. You get optimal performance for your money without paying for flashy features you don't actually need.
• Are your custom machines ready to game right out of the box?
  Completely. Every rig undergoes a rigorous 24-hour stress-testing and benchmarking process to guarantee rock-solid stability. We install a clean operating system with absolutely zero annoying trial software or bloatware, optimize the fan curves to keep it running cool and quiet, and fully update all drivers so it is 100% plug-and-play.
• How does the payment and building process work?
  Our process is completely transparent. Once you approve the custom part list and quote, the cost of the components is paid for upfront so we can source your hardware. We then assemble and test the machine locally. You only pay our fixed, flat labour fee upon completion when you come to collect your brand-new rig.
• What happens if a component fails or needs support down the line?
  You are fully covered. We provide a 12-month local labour warranty on the physical assembly. On top of that, all individual components carry their full manufacturer warranties (typically 2 to 5 years), and we hand over all the original component boxes and receipts to you. If you ever need help or a future upgrade, your technician is right here locally to support you face-to-face.
