How our pricing works

No fix, no fee

If we can't resolve the issue, or the hardware is beyond economical repair, the repair labour fee is waived completely.

Parts quoted separately

Labour-only prices exclude hardware. We diagnose the exact part needed and quote it before anything is ordered.

Approval before we start

Nothing gets ordered and no work begins until you have seen the figure and said yes. No surprise invoices.

Diagnostics credited

The £45 diagnostic fee is waived entirely if you go ahead with the repair we recommend.
